Arch systems status page

All Arch systems will be briefly offline around 8pm EST to facilitate scheduled production server maintenance.

Issue identified: The Arch LP Portal arch.co/portal returned a 503 for all users, denying access to the service.

Resolved(4:04pm Eastern Time): A slightly older version of this service was successfully deployed, granting access to the service again. At 4:23pm the root cause of this issue was fixed.

Issue identified: users were incorrectly redirected to arch.co after login

Resolved(2:00pm EST): The root cause of this issue was discovered and fixed. This issue affected all users.
